Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty registration must be completed online and submitted to Tat Shing (Int’l) within 14 days commencing from the date of purchase. Upon successful registration, a reply message via e-mail will be sent to you as proof.

Tat Shing (Int’l) provides three years repair service for Ram and one year repair service for other computer accessories.

The customer must present the original purchase invoice to Tat Shing (Int’l) for verification when warranty service is rendered.

Warranty service is only available for products purchased from Tat Shing (Int’l) or its authorized dealers.

The customer must bring the product to and from Tat Shing (Int’l)'s service centre at his own expense whenever service is required.

Under no circumstances is Tat Shing (Int’l) liable for loss directly or indirectly related to any of the following:-

if the product has been altered, modified, damaged through mis-use and improper installation
-
if the product has been damaged through negligence (such as scraping, component falling off, damages on other components or I.C., overloading)
-
if the serial number has been altered, effaced or removed
-
and warranty does not cover damages on or incompatibility with other components being used in conjunction with this product
-
Under no circumstances will Tat Shing (Int’l) be liable for any consequential loss and damages caused in relation to the use of this product.

Under normal circumstances, service lead time would be three to four weeks depending on the type of product.

Warranty service is valid in Hong Kong only.

English-versioned terms and conditions are the final standard of Tat Shing (Int’l) Co.

Terms and conditions are in the final judgment of Tat Shing (Int’l) Co. and are subject to change without prior notice.
產品保用條款及細則

由購買日期起十四天內,客戶必須於達成(國際)網上登記,保養服務方能生效。若成功登記後,客戶將收到電郵回覆,以便確認本公司已收到閣下的登記,手續方能完成。

所有記憶體均有三年保用。如發現需更換零件,會先另作報價。注意: 保用只包括維修產品,而不會更換新的記憶體。

客戶要維修服務時,必須出示購買產品之公司正本發票單據,影印或傳真副本恕不受理。
-
保用只適用於由達成(國際)公司或其它認可分銷商所購買的產品。
-
產品如需維修時,用戶需自行將產品送往維修部及於修妥後自行取回,並負責一切所需費用。

在下列情況下,本保用將自動失效:
-
若產品是經改變、修改、不小心使用或不正當安裝而令產品損壞;
-
若產品是由於疏忽而導致的損壞(例如刮花、零件脫落、燒底板或 I.C.、超頻);
-
若附于產品上的產品編號曾被刪改或除去;
-
任何其它非歸責於達成(國際)之產品事由(例如:產品與主機板或顯像卡不配合等)。
-
本公司將不負責任何於使用時間接引致之其他損失。
-
在一般情況下,維修產品需時約三至四星期(視乎產品種類而定)。
-
保用只於香港有效。
-
保用守則及條款以英文本為最終標準。
-
達成(國際)公司擁有最終裁決權。
